Rick Grossmann, CLU President/Owner is a Licensed Insurance Consultant and Broker. A staunch consumer advocate, Rick pioneered his plain talk consulting approach to help people make informed buying decisions, avoid needless missteps and pay the lowest possible premiums. With more than 30 years of experience, Rick brings a superb industry literacy to the table with every client he serves. He also brings the perspective of a husband, father, grandfather and business owner who cares deeply about the people who surround him. Rick Lives in the Town of Greece and spends his summers at Keuka Lake enjoying fishing, hanging out with family, friends and "Molly" their "Golden Doodle". He's always up for a game of chess.
Catherine Glenning enjoys working with people and is excited to be helping clients in the Medicare and healthcare arena. She has received her Medicare Certification and NYS Healthcare License to assist her clients navigate the complex Medicare rules. She works diligently to ensure her clients have the best medical coverage based on their needs.
Catherine received her Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University with a double major in Economics and History. After working on Wall Street for several years, she moved to the Czech Republic with her husband Steve and helped with the privatization after the fall of Communism. She moved back to Rochester and worked for an Investment Management firm in Client Servicing and Portfolio Administration for over 10 years.
She lives in Pittsford, NY with her husband and three children. She has been very active in several volunteer organizations, especially the Pittsford PTSA and was recognized for her commitment with a PTSA Lifetime Achievement Award. She is a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and travel.
Doug Warner, CLTC is a Senior Broker with ROC Insurance Services starting with the firm in December of 2012. Doug is Life and P&C licensed and holds the CLTC designation for Long Term Care insurance. Doug is certified to offer Medicare plans throughout NY State and shares his expertise to provide education through Continuing Education and Adult Educational programs within the state. Doug has enjoyed a successful 35 year career in sales before joining ROC Insurance in December of 2012. Doug holds a private fixed wing and commercial helicopter license, is an active musician, and enjoys keeping up with a motivational blog. Doug and his wife Kathy live in West Irondequoit with their 4 children and their Australian Shepard, Rusty.
Kathy Coler, Medicare Specialist — Independent Broker, graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Healthcare Administration and further pursued an MBA from LaSalle University in her hometown of Philadelphia, PA. After working with a National Health Insurance company for 15 years as a Director of Provider Relations, Kathy and her husband Jim, relocated to NY where they live in Ionia with their three children. Kathy and her husband owned a successful family owned business for 9 years before selling it to further pursue healthcare again as a broker for Medicare and other health insurances. Kathy is licensed in Life, Accident and Health Insurance in NY and enjoys helping her clients navigate the health insurance selection process to best meet their health and financial needs. She is active with several volunteer organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Rochester, LeTourneau Christian Camp in Canandaigua and various youth sports in Honeoye Falls-Lima Community and schools.
